2 Cups Sifted All Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2/3 Cup of Crisco
5 to 10 Tablespoons of Ice Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt in large bowl. Cut in shortening with pastry blender of fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Blend in the ice cold water, until mixture can be formed into ball.
Split into 2 balls and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll dough on wax paper and transfer to pie pan. Bottom crust you should use fork to poke holes with. Apply top crust to filled bottom section using a knife to provide venting slits to release steam.
