4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges or thick slices
1 1/2 cups carrots
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, peel and cut potatoes.
Grate parmesan cheese.
Place chicken in slow cooker, pepper to taste.
Place carrots on top of chicken.
Pour 1/2 of dressing over chicken and carrots.
Sprinkle 1/2 of parmesan over dressing.
Add potatoes.
Add remainder of dressing and parmesan.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hrs.
