Sweet 'n Sour Meatballs in a Slow Cooker Recipe

1 750 g box frozen meatballs
3 stalks celery
1 1/2 cups carrots
1 540 ml can pineapple chunks, reserve juice
Sweet N Sour Sauce:
4 Tbsp soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tsp ginger
5 Tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup vinegar
3/4 cup water
1 cup pineapple juice

Wash, trim and cut celery. Add frozen meatballs, celery and carrots in slow cooker, pepper to taste. Add ingredients for sauce into a bowl. Whisk before adding water and pineapple juice to break up lumps. Add water and pineapple juice, whisk and pour into slow cooker. Stir ingredients in slow cooker after about 3 hrs. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hrs.
