4-5 Chicken Breasts
(boneless/skinless sliced into 1/2 “ thick pieces and pounded lightly to flatten)
½ c Flour (add salt & pepper to taste)
2 T Butter
4 Shallots or Red Onion (diced)
½ lb Sliced Mushrooms
¼ c Marsala Wine
½ c Heavy Cream
1 T Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Dust chicken lightly with flour mix. Melt butter in pan and brown chicken (do not overcook). Remove chicken and set aside. Cook shallots & mushrooms until tender add wine and cook for a few minutes. Add cream and lemon juice then add chicken back an simmer until Chicken is heated through.
