6 boneless pork loin chops
1 1/2 cups carrots
1 medium sized onion
6 potatoes, sliced
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut potatoes into 1/4” thick slices.
Peel and cut onions.
Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
Add pork, pepper and cover with vegetables.
Pour soup into a bowl and add cornstarch.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hrs.
