Ingredients:  
1-2 pounds Chicken Thighs (8 pieces)
1-2 cloves Garlic minced
¼ c Sliced Ginger (matchstick approx 3”)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Olive Oil
Long Rice
Shitake Mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt & pepper, brown in olive oil. Add garlic, sliced ginger and water to cover chicken. Simmer 20-25 minutes.

Cook Long Rice as per package, add Shitake Mushrooms while cooking (to taste)
