c Butter
c Flour
2 c Half & Half
3 c Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
2 c Shredded Greyer Cheese
2 c Shredded Havarti Cheese
Spicy Jack Cheese (to taste)
Velveeta Cheese (to taste)
Parmesan Cheese (to taste)
1 t Nutmeg
1 t Cayenne Pepper
Bread Crumbs
1 pound Elbow Macaroni (cooked per package)

Melt butter; add flour and mix to remove starch. Add half & half, simmer stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheeses, nutmeg, cayenne, salt & pepper (to taste). Drain pasta and add cheese sauce, mix thoroughly. Add bread crumbs on top and bake.
