1 1/2 lbs hamburger 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 15 oz. can refried beans 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 large tomatoes, chopped 4 T. butter 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. paprika 2 c. milk 1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 c. sliced black olives 4 drops tabasco sauce

Brown meat with onion, drain. Stir in beans, salt and pepper. Add chopped tomatoes to beef mixture, divide into 12 portions, add to tortillas. Brush bottoms of tortillas with oil to prevent sticking to pan. Roll up enchiladas, being sure to fold ends. Sauce: melt butter stir in flour and seasonings. Add milk and enchilada sauce. Cook and stir until boiling. Boil for 1 minute (until thickened). Stir in cheese, olives and tabasco. Pour over tortillas. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until very hot.
