4 C Pure SugarCane Confectioner's Sugar
6 T Water

Beat all ingredients at low speed 7 - 10 minutes until icing forms peaks. Keep covered at all times with a damp cloth. Use 1 T less water for roses.

Add more water 1 tsp at a time if icing is too stiff. Stiff icing is needed for flowers to hold their shape. Thinner icing is needed for leaves to form a nice point.
