1 lb lean hamburger meat or ground turkey fresh bean sprouts or 1 can bean sprouts 1 can tomatoes soup 3 large potatoes-peeled and cut into 1/4 " slices

Directions:
Directions:
Grease lightly bottom of casserole dish. Brown meat, drain. Layer potatoes, bean sprouts, meat, 1/2 can soup, repeat layer. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, testing potatoes for doneness.
