1 c. vegetable oil 4 squares unsweetened chocolate ( 4 oz.); melted 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp salt 2 c. sifted flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder. Chill several hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Cut spoonful amount of dough and shape into balls while rolling around in confectioners' sugar. Place 2" apart in greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
