4 eggs 1 1/3 cups milk 6 T. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 2 17 oz.cans creamed corn 1 c. crushed saltine crackers 2 T. sugar ground pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º Grease a 2 qt. round casserole dish. In a bowl beat eggs until frothy. Stir in remaining ingredients-mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
