Cake:
2 c sugar
2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 c butter
1 c water
4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 c sour cream or buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp soda

Frosting:
1 c butter
6 tbsp milk
4 tbsp cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Put sugar, flour, and salt in large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Put butter, water, and cocoa in saucepan and heat to a boil. Add cocoa mixture to flour mixture and mix well. Add remaining cake ingredients, mix well, and pour into sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes.

Frosting: Prepare frosting while cake bakes. Put butter, milk, and cocoa and bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts and beat until smooth. Frost cake while frosting and cake are still warm

Frosting will be quite runny while warm, but will set up when it cools on the cake. More or less powdered sugar can be added to obtain the desired consistency.
