1/4 cup butter, softened
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, and cream in a large bowl; beat until smooth. Gradually add flour to the butter mixture, blending until dough is soft.
Divide the dough in half; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Roll out the dough, 1/2 at a time on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into 3" squares. Spoon preserves (of your choice) in the center of each square. Bring up two opposite corners to the center and pinch the tops tightly to seal.

Place 1 inch apart on an UNgreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown; cool completely
