2 1/3 C. Bisquick mix
1/2 C. milk
3 T. sugar
3 T. butter, melted
Sweetened sliced strawberries
whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 425º. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, sugar and butter until soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. (I use an 8" x 8" pan.) Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Split warm shortcakes and fill with strawberries and whipped topping.
