1 lb dry lasagna noodles
1 lb ground meat
2 jars favorite spaghetti sauce
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 lb container ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 Tbsp Italian seasoning

Cook dry pasta according to directions; al- dente. In large skillet, brown ground meat with onion and green pepper; drain/rinse. In lasagna pan, spoon a thin layer of sauce. Then add the remaining sauce to the meat. In small bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Layer lasagna in the following pattern on top of the bottom sauce: three lasagna noodles, dollops of ricotta cheese mixture, three lasagna noodles, meat sauce, shredded cheeses, repeat. End with a the remaining sauce and shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 º for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
