1 lb ground meat
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans drained, rinsed black beans
2 cans tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
6 to 8 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp baking cocoa
1Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, brown meat with the onion and green pepper on med/high heat. Drain and rinse meat and pour back into pot. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil then cover, reduce heat, and simmer for a few hours. Serve with: johnny cake or corn chips, shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese, and sour cream or ranch dressing.
