1 lb. Corned Beef
4 Potatoes, (cold & chopped)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp. Salt, Pepper & Nutmeg
1 - 2 Beets (cooked, peeled & diced)
1/2 tsp. Thyme & Parsley
2 Tsp. Butter

Directions:
Cut corned beef into small pieces. Mix all other items except butter. Melt butter in skillet, when hot and foaming
add meat mixture.
Cook over low heat, pressing down with wooden spoon or spatula.
Cook about 15 - 20 minutes.
When crust forms on bottom, turn over and brown on other side. Cut into wedges.
