1/4 c. Oleo 3 Eggs 1 1/2 c. Milk 3/4 c. Flour 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/2 c. Sugar 3 c. Fresh or frozen strawberries Brown sugar Sour cream
Sprinkle strawberries with 3 tablespoons sugar. Melt margarine in 9 inch pan in 400 degree oven. Beat together eggs, milk, flour, salt and 6 tablespoons sugar. Remove pan from oven and pour in egg mixture. Bake 20 minutes. Serve with strawberries, brown sugar, and sour cream on top.
