Ingredients:  
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. flavoring (almond, spearmint, etc.)
Food coloring
3 - 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and food coloring until it reaches color of choice. Add flavoring. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until smooth. Chill. Shape into small balls. Roll in granulated sugar and mold.

Chilled mixture molds easier. Molded mints freeze well. (Just because they are frozen doesn't mean they will be there when you need them - right Ash!)
