Cookie:
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. butter
4 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk

Mix baking soda with enough warm water to dissolve soda. Add enough flour to stiffen.

Filling:
1 box raisins ground
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1tsp. vanilla
Enough flour to thicken

Directions:
Directions:
Put raisins and water on stove and heat. Mix sugar and a little water. Put in raisins and cook until thick. Add vanilla.

Roll out dough and cut with a circle cookie cutter. Use one circle for the bottom of the cookie. Put 1 Tbsp. raisin filling mixture in the middle of each dough circle. Top with another dough circle pressing the edges of the dough together to seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
