1 c. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 – ¼ tsp. lemon extract
¼ tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs beaten
5 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, eggs, margarine, and then add cream. Sift all dry ingredients with flour. Chill dough for 4 hours or over night. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Roll out, cut, bake, cool, decorate.
