1 15oz. can pumpkin (1 3/4oz.)
1 can Eagle Brand milk (sweetened condensed milk)
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ginger
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie crust. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes. or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Use deep dish frozen pie shells. Be sure to beat eggs BEFORE adding to mixture. Makes one pumpkin pie.
