Sausage and Taters Recipe

1 lb potatoes, cubed and boiled
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 lb hot Italian sausage links, quartered
1 lb breakfast sausage, crumbled
1 lb zucchini, sliced
2 large green peppers, cut in spears
2 large onions, cut in spears
1 clove garlic, diced
1 1/2 tsp fennel seed
3/4 tsp basil leaf
3/4 tsp rosemary
few shakes oregano
1 tsp crushed red pepper
salt and pepper

In skillet, cook sausage, zucchini, onions, peppers, garlic. Drain only half of grease. Combine everything in large pot, simmer covered for 1 hour.
