2 slices bacon
1 onion chopped
1 tablespoon flour
¼ cup vinegar
½ cup water
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon sugar
Pepper
3 tablespoons mustard
5 cups cooked sliced potatoes

Directions:

Cook bacon until crisp and crumble, remove from pan
Cook onions in oil until lightly browned.
Blend in flour, add bacon, vinegar, water, seasonings and bring to boil; add
Potatoes, mixing lightly, then heat. Sprinkle with parsley and serve or
let cool. Store in refrigerator and reheat before serving.
