1 c. Green Pepper
1 c. Red Onions
2 c. Tomatoes
2 c. Celery
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
Dash Pepper
1/2 c. Salad Oil
1 c. Vinegar
1 tsp. Sweet Basil Leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Chop pepper, onion, tomatoes and celery into bite size pieces. For dressing mix together sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and basil. Shake well or stir well with a whisk. Pour over vegetables and let stand several hours or over night in refrigerator. Serve in lettuce cups or I prefer to pour over a head of chopped lettuce.
