1 C. Honey
2 Tsp. Molasses
1 C. Corn Oil (light or dark)
5 - 7 C. Rolled Oats (quick)
1 C. Sunflower Seeds (unsalted)
1 C. Sesame Seeds
1 C. Dry Milk ( not instant)
1 C.Wheat Germ
1 C. Raisins
1 C. Cranberries
1 C. Coconut
1 C. Nuts (chopped, pecans/walnuts)
2 Tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. In medium pan, warm honey, oil and molasses. Mix the remaining dry items in a large bowl. Pour the honey mixture over the dry items and mix well.
Spread mixture evenly on 2 cookie sheets.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes or til lightly browned.
Cool and store in airtight container, keep refrigerated.
