3 eggs (separated for divided use)
1 pt. sweet milk
1 pt. sour milk
1 tsp. (scant) baking soda
2 tsp. butter, melted
1 cup corn meal
Salt (add to egg whites)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks. Add milks and soda; beat. Then add butter and cornmeal. Beat egg whites with a little salt until stiff, then fold in egg whites to cornmeal mixture. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 375º for 35 to 40 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
