Peach & Brown Sugar Muffins Recipe

4 C. Flour
2/3 C. Brown Sugar (packed)
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Allspice (ground)
2 Eggs
2 C. Sour Cream
1/2 C. Oil
1 C. Peaches (chopped - fresh,frozen or canned)
1/2 - 1 C. Nuts (chopped/any type)

In large bowl, mix flour, sugar,baking powder & soda,salt, and allspice.
Make a well in center.
Combine eggs, sour cream & oil, then stir in peaches. Add this mixture to dry items and add nuts. Stir til just moist.
Batter will be lumpy. Spoon batter into lined/greased muffin cups, 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 for 20 - 25 minutes or til golden brown.
Serve warm from oven.
