2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
1 tub cool whip
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 lg. can fruit cocktail (drain all fruit well)
1 can diced peaches
2 cans mandarin oranges ( save some for top of desert)
mini marshmallows (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and pudding in a mixing bowl on low: add milk Stir in cool whip, fruit and as many marshmallows as wanted. Top with remaining marshmallows and mandarin oranges. Chill 2 hours before serving.
