2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
2 medium onions - coarsely chopped (Vidalia or other sweet onion)
1/4 cup mayo
1 and 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, reserve 1/4 cup cheese for the top, put into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
