4 slices cut up bacon, 1 c long grain rice, 1 small bell pepper, 1 onion, 1 tsp mustard, 1 to 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon in skillet, drain, & put aside. Saute diced onion & bell pepper, then add the rice and brown slightly. Add tomato sauce and mustard. simmer on low heat until rice is tender then stir in drained bacon.
