2/3C Butter
2/3C Flour
7C Milk
4Lg. Potatoes baked & cubed
2 Green Onions chopped
12 Bacon Strips fried & crumbled
11/4C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1C Sour Cream
3/4tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large soup pot melt butter and gradually stir in
the flour and stir until smooth. Add milk stirring
constantly until thickened.Add potatoes and onions
and bring to boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat
and simmer for 10 minutes. Add remaining
ingredients and stir until cheese is melted.
Serve Immediately.
