1 Flank steak, about 11/2lbs.
3/4C Vegetable Oil
1/4C Soy Sauce
1/4C Honey
2Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
2Tbsp Green Onion finely chopped
11/2tsp Ground Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Place flank steak in plastic storage bag. Pour in the marinade and mix
around in bag. Marinate at least 4hrs. or more.

Grill about 5 minutes on each side for medium rare
basting occasionally. Take from grill and let rest
about 5 minutes. Carve in thin slices against the
grain.
