1 pkg. hot pork sausage, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 box Pepperidge Farm herbal croutons, 1 c milk, 6 eggs, 6 oz. mild cheddar cheese, 6 oz. monterey jack cheese with jalepeno.

Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Grease a 9x12 glass baking dish. Place croutons evenly in dish, sprinkle browned sausage over croutons. In a mixing bowl combine eggs, soups and milk. stir until blended. Pour mixture into casserole then cover evenly with cheeses on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 375º for 45 minutes or until eggs are completely cooked.
