21/2lb. Chuck Roast
1lg. Onion,chopped
2-3 Stalks celery diced about1/2C
2Tbsp Cider Vinegar Salt & Pepper to taste
2Tbsp Brown Sugar
4Tbsp Lemon Juice
1C Catsup
3Tbsp Worcechestershire Sauce
1-3tsp Chili Powder to taste
11/2C Water

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef in roaster. Chop onion and celery and
place an top of roast. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and bake at
350 degrees until roast is tender and pulls apart
easily. Shred with two forks while still hot . Returm
meat to sauce
