Spinach Balls Recipe

2 pks frozen, chopped spinach (cooked and well drained)
2 c. Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
2 onions, minced
5 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
3/4 - 1 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano

First mix all dry ingredients.
Add onion, then mix.
Add eggs (already beaten), then mix.
Add cooked and well drained spinach, then mix.
Refrigerate before making into balls (I make mine the day before I intend to use it).
On a baking tray, form into 1 inch balls (will make 5-6 dozen)
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
