4 eggs
1 package, 2 layer size yellow cake mix
1, 3 3/4 oz. package instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 recipe Lemon Glaze

Lemon Glaze:
Heat together 1 cup sifted powdered sugar and 3 Tbsp. lemon juice to boiling.

Directions:
In large mixer bowl, beat eggs till thick and lemon-colored. Blend in cake mix, pudding mix, water and oil; beat 5 minutes at medium speed on electric mixer.

Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan with removable bottom. Bake in 350º oven for 50 minutes. Leaving cake on pan bottom, remove sides of pan. Using 2-tined fork, prick holes in top of cake. Drizzle with Lemon Glaze over top and spread on sides of cake slowly while cake is warm.
