1# bag of frozen cranberries
2 fresh Navel Oranges with ends cut off
2 cups Sugar (I use Splenda)
1 cup Nuts (walnuts/pecans) chopped
1 cup Sweet Coconut
1 can crushed Pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Place frozen cranberries and whole Orange (ends cut off) am\nd Nuts in blender or food processor to corse grind. Pour in a large bowl then add Sugar, Coconut and Pineapple with juice. Mix well.
Refrigerate to chill. Can make ahead to save time on that special holiday dinner. If there is any left by that time.....Sooo Good!!!!

My family request this salad for Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner in place of the usual Jellied Cranberry Sauce
