2-3 zucchini squash 1/3 cup bisquick (I always end up using a little more) 1/3 cup grated cheese 2 eggs
Grate squash on side of grater with large round openings. Mix other ingredients together. Spoon into frying pan (about a tablespoon full) and flatten out a little. In pan, use equal amounts of butter and oil. when edges brown, turn over and brown other side.
