3 lbs squash
3 - 4 Tbsp Sugar ( to taste)
1 small onion chopped
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick of butter
cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and boil squash until tender. Mash and drain well. Add sugar, onion, salt, pepper, and cream of chicken soup. Pour into casserole dish. Soften butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top of casserole.

Bake 1/2 hour at 400º
