1/2 C oleo or butter, softened
1 T poppy seeds
2 T mustard
sliced turkey or ham, preferably shaved
1 slice Swiss, provolone, munester, or American cheese
hamburger buns or onion buns

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, poppy seeds, and mustard and blend well. Spread lightly on buns. Place meat on bottom bun. Then place 1 slice of cheese on top of meat. Wrap in foil. Heat in 300 oven for about 20-30 minutes. They can be frozen, but take longer to heat. They can also be microwaved, not in the foil, but covered with wax paper. Butter mixture will keep in the refrigerator.
