1C Evaporated Milk
1C Semi sweet choc. chips
1C Miniature Marshmallows
1/4tsp Salt
Vanilla Wafers to line bottom
and sides of 9 in. pan.
1Qt. Vanilla Ice Cream
1Pkg. Chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan combine over med heat evap.
milk,chocolate chips marshmallows and salt.
Heat until mixture melts and becomes thickened,
stirring constantly. Cool to lukewarm.
Line bottom and sides of 9 in.pie pan with vanilla
wafers.
Spoon 1/2 of ice cream over wafers. Cover with
1/2 of chocolate mixture,Repeat layers. Place
pecans on top and freeze 3-5 hrs. Enjoy
