1 1/2 Pounds of Beef Cut into small chunks
3 Stalks of celery Sliced
5 Carrots thick sliced
10 Fresh Mushrooms Sliced
1 1/2 Pounds Fresh Green Beans
1 Medium Sweet Onion cut into chunks
6 Medium Potatoes Peeled and cut into chunks
6 oz. Red Cooking Wine
1 12 cups of Water
2 Cans of Tomato Soup
2 Tablespoons Sugar
3-4 Tablespoons of Tapioca
2 Tablespoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat into bottom of crock pot, then add the onion, carrots, celery, potatoes, green beans and mushrooms.
Mix the tomato soup,red cooking wine, water,salt and pepper, and the tapioca in large bowl and mix
Pour over mixture and cook on low setting for 10 hours or on high setting for 5 hours
