1 - 12 oz. package dried apricots
1 medium orange
2 1/2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine apricots and orange in processor and chop very fine. Place in saucepan, add 1 1/2 cups sugar. Bring to boil over low heat - boil 8 minutes.

Cool slightly - drop mixture by teaspoon into remaining sugar (1 cup) in bowl. Coat evenly with sugar. Form into 2 inch roll - place on wax paper and allow to dry thoroughly. Store in airtight container.
