1 c self-rising cornmeal
1 T oil
1 small can cream style corn
2 eggs
1 8-oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and bake in a small rectangular dish for 40 minutes at 400º. I usually double the recipe and bake in 9x13.
