1 box Lemon Supreme Cake mix
2/3 cup apricot nectar
2/3 cup oil
4 eggs (separated)

ICING:
2 cup powdered. sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
CAKE: Mix cake mix, nectar, oil and egg yolks at med. speed 2 - 3 minutes.

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold into batter.

Pour into lightly greased tube pan.

Pre heat oven to 325 degrees and bake 1 hour.

Remove cake from tub pan.

Pour icing over hot cake

Icing:
Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice . Pour over hot cake. I take a knife and insert in top of cake to allow the icing to get inside the cake.
