4 large onions, sliced
10 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
10 yellow bell peppers, cut in 1-inch cubes
1-2 hot peppers
1 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put oil in porcelain or stainless steel pan and warm it up; add tomatoes, onions and rest of ingredients. Cook at medium heat about 3 hours until thick, stirring occasionally so mixture won't burn. Serve hot or cold.
