Mix:
1 1/3 cups veg. oil
1 ¾ cups sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

Add:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Add:
1 cup pecans
3 cups Delicious apples, peeled and diced
Directions:

Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool 30 minutes before removing from pan.
