Tomatoes, sliced
Hot or sweet peppers, chopped finely
Parsley, chopped
Olive oil
Feta cheese
Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice tomatoes and place on platter. Scatter chopped peppers over tomatoes. Sprinkle with parsley. Sprinkle with a little olive oil. Crumble Feta cheese all over.
